Are my images uploaded to a server?
On-device mode processes images in your browser. A local processing failure does not switch to a server. Server processing is not enabled. First use needs model and runtime downloads; offline use is not guaranteed.
Step-by-step guide
On-device processing
A local processing failure does not enable server processing.

Images and applied edits stay in the current page memory. Moving between site pages or languages and adding another image preserves admitted images. Removing an item, reloading or closing the page loses the corresponding content, so export results you want to keep.
Image URL import
Only public HTTP(S) image URLs are supported. Your browser requests the image directly without cookies; the source sees the request. The source must allow cross-origin access, and the image must meet size and format limits. If CORS blocks it, download the image and upload it instead. We do not bypass restrictions with a server proxy.
Limits and troubleshooting
- First use needs the Lite model and browser runtime, so on-device processing does not mean no network access or guaranteed offline use. A model load or processing failure never enables server mode automatically.
- The local ledger stores test orders, credit changes and simulated job states. It does not store uploaded images.
- Cross-device sync and production account recovery are not connected. Clearing browser site data makes these test records unavailable.
