What are test credits?
They verify reservation, settlement, failure release and idempotent order flows. They are not purchases or production entitlements.
How do subscription and pay-as-you-go credits differ?
Test subscription credits expire after a configured 30-day cycle without rollover. Pay-as-you-go test credits have no cycle expiry. The welcome gift is used first, then expiring subscription credits, then pay-as-you-go credits.
Can I cancel a test subscription at any time?
Yes. Turn off the test renewal flag in your account; a reason is optional. Cancellation retains current-cycle credits until expiry. No real recurring charge exists.
Can I change test plans?
Choose another plan and create a separate test order. Automatic upgrades, downgrades, prorating and live renewals are not connected. Existing order records remain.
What happens to unused subscription credits?
Unused credits expire at the end of the test cycle without rollover. Expired reservations settle when the job ends; failure or cancellation does not make them available again.
What if I run out of credits?
Insufficient balance blocks new test credit jobs without automatic overage. Existing free local editing and export remain available, and you can create another simulated top-up order.
How do I use remove.ac?
Upload an image you own or may use, process it locally, inspect the result, refine edges, change the background and export. Test accounts and credits demonstrate product flows; server mode stays off.
Where are my images and test data stored?
Images remain in page memory and are not uploaded by a test purchase. The browser stores only invented accounts, orders and credit records. There is no cross-device sync; clearing site data removes test records.
