Frequently asked questions
Which images can I use?+
Use JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 20 MiB per image. The main editor keeps up to 4 image items; use the separate batch page to process multiple files. Use images you own or have permission to edit, and check the results.
Are my images uploaded to a server?+
On-device mode processes images in your browser. A local processing failure does not switch to a server. Server processing is not enabled. First use needs model and runtime downloads; offline use is not guaranteed.
Why can’t I import an image URL?+
Only public HTTP(S) image URLs are supported. Your browser requests the image directly without cookies; the source sees the request. The source must allow cross-origin access, and the image must meet size and format limits. If CORS blocks it, download the image and upload it instead. We do not bypass restrictions with a server proxy.
How do I cancel a job or refine an edge?+
Cancel while processing, then choose another image when ready. On the result screen, choose a solid or image background, use the edge editor to erase or restore areas, undo changes, and check your export. Cancelling never starts a cloud job.
Which formats can I download?+

Test credits do not represent a payment or real balance and do not sync across devices. Clearing site data removes these test records.
