Overview

No public endpoint or access keys are available.

This integration is not connected. The steps below use the browser editor and do not install a plugin or connect an external account.

The public remove.ac API is not available yet. You can use the image editor in your browser today.

Alternative: use the browser editor

  1. Choose your images

Use JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 20 MB per image and 50 images per batch. Use images you own or have permission to edit. Results depend on the source image and on-device model; check the details.

  2. Remove backgrounds

On-device mode processes images in your browser. It never uploads them automatically or switches to a server after a failure. Server mode is not enabled. First use downloads the Lite model and browser runtime; this preview does not guarantee offline availability.

  3. Download together

Export individual results as PNG, JPG or WebP. PNG and WebP can preserve transparency. Completed batch results can be downloaded as a ZIP. Allow your browser to save the file; the page does not bypass system download prompts.

Frequently asked questions

Are my images uploaded to a server?

On-device mode processes images in your browser. A local processing failure does not switch to a server. Server processing is not enabled. First use needs model and runtime downloads; offline use is not guaranteed.

Why can’t I import an image URL?

Only public HTTP(S) image URLs are supported. Your browser requests the image directly without cookies; the source sees the request. The source must allow cross-origin access, and the image must meet size and format limits. If CORS blocks it, download the image and upload it instead. We do not bypass restrictions with a server proxy.

Are the test account and credits real?

Registration, verification, password recovery, credits and checkout in this preview use browser-local test data. Only @example.test addresses are accepted; the test inbox does not send email. Test credits do not represent a payment or real balance and do not sync across devices. Clearing site data removes these test records.
